This policy explains how myharyana treats information when you visit the site or use its forms. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
Information you enter into a form
The Casual Leave generator runs entirely in your browser. Your name, designation, office, leave dates and any other details you type are used only to draw the A4 preview on your device. They are not transmitted to myharyana, stored on a server, or shared with anyone. When you close or reload the page, the entries are gone.
Printing and saving as PDF happen through your browser's own print dialog. myharyana does not receive the PDF or any of its contents.
Search
The site search loads a static index of pages from myharyana and then matches your query on your device. Your search terms are not sent to a search service.
Local storage
The site may store your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and is not used to identify you. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
myharyana does not set advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics at launch. If analytics or other services are added later, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and the choices available.
Hosting and technical logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information — such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of request — to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. myharyana does not use these logs to build personal profiles.
Request form
If you use the "Request a tool" form, the type, name, details, optional email address and any file you attach (PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB) are sent to our mailbox through a form-forwarding service, FormSubmit.co, which passes them on by email. We use them only to read and act on your request and to reply if you gave an email address. Please do not include service books, identity numbers or other personal records. The calculators and print forms do not use this form and keep your entries in your browser.
If you email [email protected], your address and message are used to respond and, where relevant, to correct or improve the site. Do not send sensitive personal records unless they are strictly necessary to explain your point.
Third-party links
Pages may link to official Haryana Government sources or other external sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and myharyana does not control them.
Children
The site is intended for government employees and adults dealing with service rules. It is not directed at children.

This policy may be updated as the site changes; the date above shows the latest revision. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page.
