myharyana is a free toolkit for Haryana: calculators, calendars and printable A4 form tools that run entirely in your browser, alongside plain-language guides to the government service rules that shape everyday office life.
The site is written for two kinds of reader: the person who needs a number worked out or an application printed without an afternoon of fuss, and the clerk or dealing hand who prepares the file. Both should be able to get what they need without decoding a notification.
Who builds it
myharyana is built and maintained by Harry. Every tool is free, and everything you type stays on your device — nothing is uploaded or stored. Tool requests, corrections and questions go to[email protected].
Why Haryana first
Service rules are state-specific. Rather than spread thin across the country, myharyana starts with Haryana and builds a careful, sourced library around the rules, instructions and office practices that apply there. Other states and central government rules are planned for later phases.
Who it is for
- Regular employees — appointment, probation, seniority, promotion, leave, pay, conduct and pension.
- Contractual employees — engagement terms, fixed remuneration, leave, renewal, exit and the records that protect you.
- Dealing hands — a quick way to orient a colleague or prepare a clean application before it enters the file.
How the library is built
Each guide starts with the framework: who the rule applies to, what the process is, and which authority acts. The detail is then checked against the official rule, notification or instruction. Where the source has not yet been verified in full, the guide says so and treats the official text as authoritative.
The next phase adds detailed extracts from official rule PDFs, with each guide linked back to its source. If you have a current notification or a form your office uses, send it in — verified material makes the library better.
Forms and privacy
The forms are prepared as clean A4 templates, not as government-issued stationery. They follow the usual office layout, but your department may prescribe a different format; always confirm before submitting.
