5. You will be directed to the Grievance Redressal page of the Parivar Pehchan Patra.
6. On this page, you will have two options to choose from: entering your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID or your Aadhaar Number.
7. Select one option and click on the “Get OTP” link.
8. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the received OTP and click on “Submit.”
9. An application form will open, where you need to select the grievance type as “Add Member.”
10. Enter the details of the new member, upload their Aadhaar card, and submit the application form.
